It’s an amazing operating system with a really unique easy-to-use user interface that’s a real pleasure to use. It is a straightforward process as long as you know the traps…

Step 1: If Skype is running exit it (you should quit Skype or kill the process not just close the window since Skype will still keep running in the background). For some reason Skype blocks port 443 and IIS is not able to use it since they are listening to skype. (That also applies if you install IIS for the first time, you need to make sure that Skype is not running because it also blocks port 80).
